The "split" system is a refrigeration system with two (2) components. It is the best on the market in terms of performance and the quietest. The condenser is outside the room, which reduces sound and vibrations, while the evaporator is inside the wine cellar. The whole system allows very precise control of the temperature and the humidity level, essential conditions for the right preservation of the wine.
